Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team have registered with us to work towards NASDU qualifications in Live Person (tracking/Trailing), Live Person (air scenting) Cadaver Detection (Land).
K9 Search & Rescue NI are working with us towards achieving NASDU Level 3 qualification in Live Person (tracking/Trailing), Level 3 Live Person (air scent) and Level 3 Cadaver Detection (Land) qualification.
We have worked with Wrexham University for a number of years with regards to their Forensic Science programmes. In 2017 UK-K9 Training for Excellence were involved in the joint planning and delivery of a Search Dogs and Forensic Science Conference, David Jones (Head Instructor) was recently awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the University and we are in the process of planning some joint working with regards to the delivery of short courses within the search dog and forensic field.
UK-K9 and Adiestramiento Valencia K9 are involved in a joint programme to deliver courses from their NASDU accredited Overseas Training Centre in Valencia. We currently hold regular delivered training to members of the Spanish Army, Fire Service, Police and Mountain Rescue from this centre.
We are working with ANDICAN who are based in Jaen in Spain to provide training to Army, Police, Fire and Mountain Services within that area.
